someday you'll find

Allright, I just dug out a book from under my piano chair that seems about my standard. Sadly, it's only Volume Three for the intermediate grades. But finally it's something that I can play that isn't too boring/simple. But the problem is I sight read through the songs easily enough so that means it's probably not exactly good enough for a Grade 8. Maybe Grade 5, I'll ask Ben if he wants to play them then. (Gah, there's the piano version of Beethoven's Minuet in G which we played for the Opening Ceremony dinner.......)

Maybe I should get Volume 4 or 5... Hmm. I want to feel more like a Grade 7 student man. To me it sounds like a.. not here not there grade. Like a stepping stone to Grade 8 which is high for me but negligible for others. Nowadays everyone seems to be aiming for diploma. I've never even considered taking it in my entire life. I really won't. :( Oh well. So much for trying to play like a Grade 7 though, my technique is zero and all I do is bang.

Speaking of bang, (has no idea how to continue) erm... When I walk on the floor at home, there seems to be a really heavy thud with each footfall. Like: step *thud* step *thud* step *thud* kinda thing. It's getting a bit sickening; either I'm hopping around on my heels or I'm just plain heavy. Yeahyeah I woke up to two plates of spaghetti this morning afternoon and two slices of beef with golden mushrooms. Aah, saturday mornings.

Yup. I really should be practising my violin. Speaking of which, has anybody watched the orchestra videos on Youtube? I had no trouble finding out which one was me man. Aiyah, not that it's good that I am easily spotted. Ugh. But I love Jaden (my 2nd violin) a lot. OH GOD. TODAY I WOKE UP AND SAW THAT THERE WAS FUNGUS GROWING ON JIOLIN'S (my first violin) CASE. I freaked out and died. I mean there always was but all of a sudden it appeared again. *dies*

Anyway I have decided not to buy anymore DVDs from TS. Nodame was fine, for some reason, but for Nobuta wo Produce and Kurosaki the english subs totally suck? Thank goodness I watched the english fansubs on Youtube first, or I'd hate both dramas. Yup. I need Gokusen 2 DVD! Heh. I have decided to learn how to edit videos. :)

Uhmmm... And my hair? For some reason after I started putting on my hairband, my parting always goes back to center. Which is bad. =\ Oh well, this is bad, I don't like semi short/long hair. It's HOT. But I'm poor so I can't complain. And no I'm not trying to advocate the fact that short is better than long you hippo. At least I don't dye my hair (cos black is too ew, common), rebond it (cos I'd have frizzy hair otherwise?) or use conditioner every single time I wash my hair (ooh yay for artificially soft and silky hair).

Now leave me alone to angst and fret over my violin lesson tomorrow because I missed it last Thursday because of my erm, little accident...............
