Some people try to distract themselves from problems at home by immersing themselves in work or school. But that tactic is a poor one, since it only delays the inevitable. Do not make the mistake of pretending something doesn't exist when it does, because sooner or later reality will come knocking on your door and you will have to deal with it. Face things head on and you'll see how they are much more minor than you thought. Denial makes things worse than they really are.

Perhaps it's just my sleepy state, but the thing just hit me in the face. About trying to pretend someone doesn't exist and immersing myself in other stuff. And haha, my eyes are quite blurry now, and when I read the last sentence, it read: "Daniel makes things worse than they really are." How true. (:

Training later and pizza/tiramisu delivery before that!
Oh and gymming with my church friends in two hours. Sigh. Should I go. My body hurts all over from the weekend's training. Yeh I'll go I miss them. x)
